The LOA 21 Neutral Single Eyepiece for Lunar/Planet Viewing
The LOA 21 Neutral Eyepiece is a match with one of the LOA 21 Deep Immersion 3D Pair. It matches the LOA 21mm Neutral widefield eyepiece without the array that is part of the LOA 21 3D Pair. So, remove the eyepiece with array (Has the array threaded into the barrel and a bubble on the housing) and replace that with this Neutral. Now you have TWO Neutrals in the Binotron 27 and views of the Moon will be conventional (non 3-D) and outstanding. Viewing The Moon with the 3D Effect is fun and interesting to try but for serious Lunar viewing, the two Neutrals are what we recommend. Planets in 3D, while wonderful in LOW power views are best viewed with the TWO Neutral LOA 21s at higher power.
